Sacrifice Today And Better Tomorrow gives a very positive message that today you have to work very hard, today you have to slog, today you have to put in your best, today you have to sweat, today you have to grind yourself, today you have to hammer yourself, today you have to perform, today you have to toil & work like slave. Today never means that just for one day, today never means just for few days, today never means just for few weeks, today never means just for few months, today never means just for one or two years. This clearly means a lifetime sacrifice of today that is day after day every day, week after week every week, month after month every month, year after year every year. End Result
Achieving End Result in accomplishing any task is not only a must but a very essential, fundamental and indispensable ingredient to fulfill, complete and conclude any task. Any task may it be a homework of a student, household work of a housewife/ househusband, office task of an office employee, task taken up by any professionals engineer doctor architect etc, target achievement by sales personnel of different companies month after month etc and any of these tasks without any End Result is like a marriage without any conjugal legitimate physical relations between husband & wife. Marriage without End Result.
What we all have to do to achieve a fantastic, stupendous and marvellous End Result of our any task is to first of all plan about various pros and cons, various weaknesses & strengths, various positive and negative aspects, various intrinsic and extrinsic factors of the total task that is employees in case of your own business, colleagues in case you are in job, markets involved local or global, customers you have to deal with again local or global, how many hours of work you can put in and your colleagues or employees can put in and many other factors which lead us to the End Result of our task. We also can not afford to be casual, goalless and directionless in achieving our End Result. FINISH COMPLETELY KILL HUNGER
Have any of us ever faced & experienced squeezing, wreathing, piercing, excruciating, penetrating , blasting pain & cramps in stomach because of acute hunger in our childhood or in our youthful days or in our old age or for that matter any time of our lifespan. The answer is a big "NO". Even during our infancy though we do not remember i.e. one day to one year none of us was left starved & hungry, I am hundred percent sure, the moment we started crying because of hunger our mother immediately fed us with her own milk.
We all daily have belly full of breakfast lunch dinner evening snacks etc. & what not, leave aside the in between munching. We all eat & overeat throughout the day & now in nights also, during our work in big & massive call centres, IT companies based all over the world. We all belong to Zero Hunger Generation.
But have we ever thought of lakhs & lakhs of children, men, women, old age population all over the world, in our beautiful dazzling lovely planet all over the globe millions & millions of children, adults youth & old people are sleeping through the night without eating anything ? UNICEF estimates that approximately 300 million(30 crores) children go to bed every night hungry without even having a morsel of bread and 8000 children under the age of 5years die of hunger everyday in this glamorous & charming world. We must go all out to FINISH COMPLETELY KILL HUNGER the demon.
First of all where ever & whichever corner of the world we are living. Take the initiative daily to observe & watch closely that how many of these hungry and deprived class of children, adults young & old age are starving daily because of hunger. Which are the places around you where you can see these starved, hungry, weak, undernourished, famished children , adults & old age men & women alike. They will be seen in early mornings in garbage dumps to find out & searching the morsels of foods along with various animals dogs rats snakes which generally bite them, at various worshipping places as baggers irrespective of the the religion it belongs to excepting in countries where the begging is banned & is an offence, at traffic crossings begging, slums dwellings around all of us, in & around old age homes, in & around night shelters & many other places around all of us.
Now what we all have to do as a important task on daily basis or on weekly basis or minimum monthly basis. Arrange minimum 2 food packets on daily bases & maximum is no limit or 14 food packets on weekly basis or 60 food packets on monthly basis of whatever food you can afford or whatever you can prepare & distribute. Everybody of us start preparing these food packets & start distributing it in every locality around us amongst these hungry and starving children, adults youth & old alike. Make it a daily routine of our life from today only on every day or once in a week every Saturday or once in a month on 1st Saturday of every month.
Just imagine if you start with a group of 25 friends or a group of 25 neighbours or a group of 25 office colleagues or a group of 25 relatives or a group of 25 entrepreneurs , we will end up in distributing 1500( fifteen hundred) food packets to these starving & hungry children & adults alike in a month. And in one year 18000 (eighteen thousand ) food packets . Start it as a movement you will see the smiling & belly full children, adults around you & we all are going to FINISH COMPLETELY KILL HUNGER and jointly all of us will eradicate starvation from our gorgeous planet earth.

NEVER REST
I am tired, I am drained, I am overworked, I feel haggard, I am worn out. These are the few words which forces all of us to break & disturb our tempo, rhythm, momentum for the day which we build daily after lot of inner self motivation for completing our job or business or study, where ever we are & irrespective of nature of our job & business, whichever post & position we are holding in job or business, irrespective of amount of salary in job or profit we earn in job or business or schlorship we get in our study.
NEVER REST unless the target is achieved,
NEVER REST unless turnover is completed,
NEVER REST unless project is finished,
NEVER REST unless profit is pocketed.
Rest is a state of mind. Some body can work for 8 hours & Some body can work for 18 hours. When you are engrossed in your work be it be job, be it be your business, be it be your project; When you are enjoying your work; When you are nearing your target; When you are about to earn huge profits; When you are churning out newer ideas with novel & unique prepositions; When you are slogging day & night to achieve NEVER REST.
Rest is a barrier which will slow down your speed of achievement,
Rest is a obstacle which will disturb the tone of achievement,
Rest is a hurdle which will totally disturb the mind set of achievement,
Rest is a blockade which will delay the achievement,
Rest is a impediment which will restrict the achievement.
Rest acts as a fire extinguisher which extinguish your inner fire of achievement, totally divert your attention from the main goal, jeopardise your total planning, take away your sense of involvement in your job or business or studies, slows down your flight of success, drifting you apart from the nectar of conquest & victory to achieve your goal, leading to demotivation & frustration for not accomplishing the set targets. So NEVER REST.
You will NEVER REST if your business, your job or your study stream is as per your desire, taste. One has to be extremely very choosy while studying to select your stream, type of job you are selecting, type of business you are in or going to start, Always do it of your choice, of your taste, of your punch, of your inclination. This will automatically increase your involvement, your interest, your concern & you will NEVER REST.
So Let us all of you work towards your goals untiringly, intensively, assiduously NEVER EVER TAKING REST. So that you all not only achieve your targets, profits & complete your projects in your job, studies or business or whatever you are doing but also have full sense of satisfaction of achievement on day to day basis, month after month & year after year so that you are recognised as number one in job, business & studies.

Banish the Hunger
I first of all thanks Indiblogger organisers and staff for giving me the opportunity and forum to write on a very interesting topic 'WINNING' for India Today Conclave 2014. Indiblogger basically is my teacher as number of my fellow bloggers and internet savvy readers and writers give lot of suggestions not only for improvement but also impart lot of learning from their experiences written in their blogs in the Indiblogger.
All of you who will be attending this august and humble gathering and who will be meeting on March 7th & 8th 2104 in this wonderful and esteemed India Today Conclave in New Delhi and my fellow bloggers and thousand of internet readers based all over India and all over the world, I am sure you all have served the humanity in one way or the other through different ways and means individually and also with the help of your family members, your friends, your relatives, through different NGOs and also through your respective professional fields, as you all are continuous and constant Winners of your respective fields and number one and second to none in your professional fields. When all of you were on your way to this conclave you all had sufficient, bellyful of meal in the form of breakfast, either heavy in the form of stuffed Punjabi paranthas or light breakfast in the form of oats, poha ,upma etc. You all can seldom remember any day in your lives when even in a extreme hurry to board your flights you have left your homes without having any breakfast . As your spouse must have taken care of that aspect, even if she /he is not around or gone on her/his professional tour. But she/he will keep on following you on cell to make sure that you must have your breakfast before you leave for your professional work from your home.
I even do not remember even any single day during my school days, college days or even otherwise when I have left my home in the morning without having any breakfast which was sometimes thrusted in my mouth by my loving and caring mother or father or my elder sister or my elder brother or by my bhabhi, sometime when I was getting ready or sometime I was about to leave.
But one thing I watched very keenly and continuously observed since my childhood roughly for more than forty years that my grandmothers (both Dadi and Nani- paternal grandmother and maternal grandmother) always took out and separated and kept aside roughly ten percent or more of the food they are eating before they start their meals every day without fail, may it be a breakfast, may it be a lunch, may it be a evening snacks or may it be a dinner always without fail to serve it to the maids, sweepers or other house hold servants who were visiting to do different household chores. In the event of religious fast than the same quantity of ten percent out of the fasting food or more will be given to all them i.e. maids, sweepers or other house hold servants first. And in case they i.e. maids, sweepers or other house hold servants are on leave than I remember very clearly that it was our duty to go out with that ten percent or more, food to distribute it in temples or any of the religious places, to the beggars and especially to the small children sitting there. Why ten percent or more of sharing of food initially I was not able to comprehend but than the reason given by my elders i.e. Dadi and Nani that it is the religious guidelines in every religion, to serve minimum this much or more of the food we eat, to the poor and hungry so that nobody around your house or locality sleeps empty stomach in night.
It is there in any religion or not I do not know. But it is a age tested formula by our elders to wipe out the hunger from this beautiful world of Almighty GOD by serving your share of food to the hungry, starved and deprived. I have neither seen nor I have met Almighty GOD till date. But the smile which you will see and watch on their faces of these hungry starved and deprived children, even when you will serve them only a boiling cup of tea with lot of sugar in it , in this icy and chilly winter, will give you a feeling of Almighty GOD standing before you.
I get highly perturbed when at 5AM in the cold and chilly morning of Delhi , the capital city of India , when because of shivering and biting cold we all are snuggled up in our blankets , and with scanty clothing small children rag pickers from the age group of 5 to 10-12 years old not even wearing any shoes totally bare foot along with some elders are in garbage dumps full of filth ,oozing unbearable and intolerable foul smell, sorting out some eatables, some plastic material which they can sell to earn their breakfast. Because neither there was anybody to give them any breakfast nor they had anything to eat before they left their jhuggis at 5AM, if any jhuggis at all they have. Otherwise the open sky is their roof and the plastic which they rap around their body is their blanket. You will find number of them in and around the various religious places in Delhi, sometimes in and around your locality. These small starved and deprived children are always hungry. Their stomach is used to the painful hunger cramps. Have any of us has ever faced painful hunger cramps in our stomach. The answer I know is a big NO. And I sincerely prey to Almighty GOD never ever anybody in this beautiful world suffer from this extremely painful hunger cramps in stomach because of hunger and starvation!!!!! Than what all we should plan and implement when we reach our homes from this conclave.

My winning stroke in this conclave will be that when all of us, on reaching back our home from wherever and whichever part of India or World we have come from, take out ten percent or more out of our breakfast, our lunch and our dinner daily and distribute to these hungry, starved and deprived children in and around your locality or find out nearby where they are. You will find number of them, daily without fail. First and foremost if possible involve yourself personally in this task and you will feel the peace, joy and satisfaction you get out of it. Otherwise If you are too busy than please assign somebody this duty daily under the eagle eyes of your elders in your home. And even if the elders are not their please do not hesitate to perform this task without fail every day and day after day. Further convey this age old formula tested and tried by our elders i.e. Dadis and Nanis ( paternal grandmother and maternal grandmother ) to eradicate hunger and provide food to the deprived and starved children in and around your locality, to your friends, to your relatives and to your family members, of ten percent distribution of share of your meals to the hungry children deprived of food. It will be a great Winning stroke for me in this conclave.
